THURSDAY MAKEUP: GUYLOND PART 1- THE BLUSH

Hey there! Today I’m reviewing part of this makeup palette by Guylond. I believe this brand isn’t that famous because I only got to know it last Christmas when my aunt gave it to me, and because this isn’t famous i thought it could be a good idea to let you guys know a bit more about it. I’d like to clarify that this product is not sponsored and all the opinions are true and of my own!

Because the palette is kinda big and I want to review it all, today’s post is only going to be about the highlighter/blush/bronzer. These aren’t products i use on my daily basis, the only powder I usually use it’s, well, the powder. By doing this post I also figured that I don’t have the right brushes but still, I tryed it!

I used the three of them: highlighter, blush and bronzer. Unfortunatly my skin is dry and palid so it’s hard to put on this kind of products and being able to see the final result, and the day lightning was weird so the pictures aren’t very good. But you can have a view of it in the picture above. For the highlighter I recommend using a fan brush like this one from Oriflame. It’s super soft and way it is angled applies the highlighter much better.

WOMEN’SECRET MICKEY MOUSE COLLECTION

Hi there ♥ Since Christmas is closer than we all think I thought of making a post about the best upcoming worldwide event!

In case you don’t know, Women’Secret works as the european Victoria Secret, except it is much worst- perks of being american. Anyways, if there’s something I like about their items, are the products they usually sell matching the collections they release! Last year was probably Mickey Mouse year or something hahah…

1. Christmas Themed Mickey Mouse Slippers So confy oh my goodness. I totally have to recomend this ti the world! Having these on your feet is like walking on the clouds I swear! They’re soo cute, and they warm up your feet pretty fast! Guess that’s a score for the slippers on northen countries huh? Unfortunatly I wasn’t able to find them ate their website, but you can check other slippers on their store here

2. Mickey Mouse Makeup Bag It’s the cutest makeup bag you’ll ever find! Fits in any bag (very easy to transport), but it’s huge inside, there’s a toon of stuff you can put there, The material that it’s made of it’s super resistant and easy to clean. 3. Mickey Mouse Small Case This kinda works like wallet, but you can use it as a makeup bag too. It is very thin so you can’t fit like large stuff inside it, that’s why I think it works better as a wallet (specially if your everyday mascara is the Maybelline’s Rocket mascara like mine, coz it’s too large). But I can tell you it is very handy to have on your purse/handbag. For small cases like this one, you can check out the link on the item above!

 

 

I really think that shopping at this kind of stores for Christmas is an amazing option, because they’re not only about underwear, but also the cutest accessories and perfums and… so many stuff! Hope this gave some ideas! 🙂

HALF WAY GONE

Good afternoon! So this week’s hal way gone, it’s wednesday!

Today was normal an tiring day at school, I was sooo damn dead when I arrived home, gee.. But it was school, I had lunch at school (coz I had classes in the afternoon) and during the lunch time I had lots of time to hang out with my friends. We had Geography, basically I watched a couple of documentaries about chinese and arabian agriculture (I felt so sleepy during that).

iOS 7: FIRST IMPRESSION & REVIEW

Today I was the first day I used the new Apple software for iPhone, the iOS 7. I actually liked it, I loved the other software but it was about time coz they really needed to upgrade.

I think it took around an hour to download, I started the process when I went to sleep so when I woke up this morning I had a completly new look hahah

When the download finishes, there are a few things you have to configurate, like accepting the terms and conditions but nothing too special. After all that stuff this is how your locked screen will look:

The upper dash, above the time is suppose to show you the same as before: the day, calendar notifications and reminders, the stocks, …

The lower dash below the “slide to unlock” bar leads you to: Flying mode icon, Wi-Fi icon, Bluetooth icon, and other two I don’t know the name in english. Also allows you to control brightness settings, control the music you’re listening to (pause, play, change song, change volum). There are four other icons below the music set, but they’re not to relevant. You obviously still can take pictures/film with you’re screen locked as you saw on the previous picture.

Main menu look, the background was applied by me. The starting stays the same as the one you had before.

Nothing to special changed in this, I mean it still works the same but things like the searching bar are placed diferently..

The thing I liked the least about this whole look changing was probably the messaging. I think we were all so used to the old one, this looks to modern and futuristic for our sights but yanno I can’t say i hate it

The last thing I wanna show you is picture thing, you know, the look of the screen when you’re going to take a picture. It’s soooo diferent GEE

This kinda reminds me of the Android software, it’s so not Apple hahah if that even makes sense. Well but it’s nice, it’s more light and modern and I think my cel is also working faster which pleases me honeslty!
